I hadn't noticed until you said something, but mines the same way. it could either be a glitch or just the time where the website creator lives, but I don't really mind it either way.

it might be because the owner of the site lives in a different time zone? im not sure but it doesnt rlly affect the overall experience so i dont mind :-P
